We offer four different ways to contact us. All specially designed to offer you the most relevant and speedy support needed:
1) Our

is the first place to go for help. Type the nature of your problem into
the searchbox and a list of possibilities will be displayed to you.
2) If mail is taking a long time to send/receive, a script is
producing
various errors or you need an engineer to look into an issue on your
account, the quickest way to get help is to raise a support ticket. You
can do this by logging into
https://account.34sp.com using your registered email and password. Once logged in, click on 'Create Support Ticket'.
3) If you are unable to email us or raise a support ticket you can call us from 8am- 8pm Mon-Fri and 9.30am-5.30pm Sat-Sun.
We will then be able to raise a support case for you or resolve the issue if possible.
Please note: We operate a security policy to protect our
customers from social engineering attacks. As such, when calling us, you
must be prepared to answer your security question plus 2 random
questions relating to your account.
