As some of you may recall, last year we introduced the FTP lock. This feature protects your account from FTP hack attempts.
On Thursday, 22nd of October , we will be applying this lock to all Personal accounts that are currently set to 'Enable' which means FTP is Unlocked.
This is due to an increase in FTP hacks of late. You can 'Unlock' your FTP by choosing 'Enable Today' in the FTP Access section of your 34SP.com control panel.
Below are instructions on using the lock:
1) Login to
https://www.34sp.com/login
2) Select 'personal hosting' from the right hand menu
3) Select the account you wish to update
4) Scroll down the page to the FTP Access section
5) Select 'enable today' and click update
5) FTP access will be immediately available and will be turned off automatically by the system at midnight
