All renewals are handled via our main website. To settle a renewal fee you must log into your account management page, located at:
https://www.34sp.com/login
Here you should enter your registered email address and account password in the fields provided. Your registered email address is the email address you select when you purchased the account.
Once logged in select the 'billing' option from the right hand menu and follow the instructions.
Whilst in the account management homepage you may also want to check your contact email address is up to date.

Please note that hosting accounts will take up to 60 minutes to start working again if they expire due to non-payment; domain names will take between 24-72 hours to start working again if they expire due to non-payment.
