In the unlikely event you experience problems with a specific element or all of your account we ask you to be calm and to try to work with us in diagnosing and solving your problem.
You should follow these simple steps to help diagnose your problem.
Step 1: Test all your 34SP.com services
- Visit your www address; can you view your site?
- Can you retrieve email, both via an email client and webmail?
- Can you FTP to your site?
If all the above fail, and your account is new:
- Have you updated the DNS records for your domain name? (If required to do so)
If some services work, and others do not, please email us at help@34sp.com with the relevant information regarding your problem, so we can look into any issues further.
Step 2: Check for any outstanding payments
Try logging in to https://www.34sp.com/login with your registered email address and password, and check the account has not been suspended for non-payment of any hosting or domain renewal fee.
Step 3: Test different third-party services
- Attempt to reach your 34SP.com services using a different browser, email client, ftp client.
- If you are behind a firewall or proxy, try to bypass/disable it.
- Where possible, connect using a different ISP, and try all of the above again. If you use a DSL/cable connection, try using the dial-up service from the same ISP.
Step 4: Check latest information
If all the above fails, then you can check our status page. On this page we announce any expected downtimes for any server, and also attempt to keep you up to speed on any unexpected failures. The status page can be found here http://status.34sp.com/
