If you have an active hosting account (Personal, Business or Plus), or have a domain name registered with us, you can update your DNS records for your domain/site.

To do this, you need to login to https://www.34sp.com/login with your registered email address and password.
Once logged in, click "Product List" on the right hand side.
If you just have the domain, click Domains
If you have hosting, then click Hosting
Click "More" next to your site name

Once you've clicked that link, scroll down the next page to near the bottom, where you should see a section similar to below (this is the display you will see if you've just purchased a domain name only, and have not yet set any DNS records).

To add a new record, simply select the record type from the "Record type" drop-down list, e.g. A
In the "Domain" field, type in the record you wish to create, e.g. mail
In the "IP address" field, type in the IP address you would like this record to point to.

To add an MX record, select MX from the "Record type" drop-down list
Leave the "Domain" field blank
In the "Mail exchanger" field, type your MX record, please note this must be in the form of a domain name, e.g. mail.example.com
From the drop-down list next to the text field, select the "." (full stop).
Select the priority you wish set this MX record as from the "Priority" drop-down list

To edit a DNS record, click the first icon next to the DNS record, then simply edit the record.

Please note that all DNS changes will take between 24-72 hours to take effect.
