This article shows how to use a Windows Mobile device with your 34SP mail account, it assumes that you are also using the additional SMTP service that 34SP can provide for you.
The first step is to select 'Messaging' from the menu:

From the following menu select 'New Account'

Next enter the email address that you are trying to collect email from.

On the next screen it will do some quick tests and come back completed so just click next:

The following screen collects your primary data, in here enter the relevant data in the fields, the username should be your full email address, if you wish check the save password box as well.

Next select server type and give your email account a name to easily identify it, we recommend that you choose IMAP as the account type as this will then give you the ability to collect your email on your main computer or similar at a later date as well.

On this screen you need to enter the incoming and outgoing servers, these will be mail.DOMAIN and assuming you are using the 34SP smtp service you can use smtp.DOMAIN for the outgoing servers, please note we need to now go into the options to configure the smtp service further:

On this options screen you can alter the frequency of checks to the server, any changes here are purely your own preference:

The next option screen is important, we need to ensure that the following two items are checked - 'Outgoing mail requires authentication' and 'use seperate settings' when these are checked click the 'Outgoing Settings' button

In here enter the smtp username and password as listed on your smtp welcome email and if you wish select the 'save password' box, then click the Ok button (top right)

The following screen is options on what you recieve again this is really down to your preference, after this click Finish.

Your device should now be able to collect and send emails from your 34SP account, the screenshots may vary slightly depending on your device.
