For those who've purchased the spam filtering option, this tutorial will help you personalise the settings for each mailbox.
Please note that before requesting the upgrade, you should back up your Address Book, as it won't be copied across. (Click Address Book, then click Import/Export, then click the Export button. To restore your address book, simply click the restore button, and navigate to where you stored the file on your computer.)
To access the Spam Filtering options, you will need to go to the spam server, as outlined in the spam welcome mail, and log in.
The username is your domain name. (i.e. mydomain.com), and the password is the main account password.
General Settings
Once you have logged in, you will be presented with a screen similar to this.
You can change your password by clicking on the Domain User button.

Mailboxes
To set up/alter any mailboxes you need to click the Mail button.
It is recommended that you create a new mailbox called spam, and set that to be the catchall address.

To set/unset a catchall email address click the Preferences button.

From the the "Mail" screen, you can add a new mailbox by clicking the Add New Mail Name button

Fill out the "Mail name" and "Password" boxes. Select the "Mailbox" tickbox, to allow collection of mail via webmail/mail client.
To alter settings for a specific mailbox, click the mail name.

Mailing List
For those that have Mailing Lists enabled, you can administrate it by clicking the Mailing Lists button.

To alter the settings for a specific mailing list, you will need to click the little icon that looks like a cog.
Please note that Mailing Lists are an optional extra (please check this page for prices -> http://www.34sp.com/hostingfeatures). When ordering the Spam service, please specify in the email that you have a mailing list and would like it to work with spam filtering.

Anti-virus
To check the number of received emails that have been infected with a virus, click the 4PSA Clean Sweep button

You can choose to protect all email addresses on the domain, or just specific ones. To unprotect specific mailboxes, you will have to deselect "Protect the entire domain", then deselect "Protect" for the mailbox you no longer wish to protect.
You can also change the text that is sent to both you and the sender of the email.

You can also edit the subject of virus mails.
You can reset the statistics for each mailbox by clicking the "Reset statistics" image, or you can reset the statistics for the whole domain by clicking the Reset button in the "Domain statistics" area.

Spam Protection
To access the spam filtering options, click the 4PSA Spam Guardian button

By clicking the "Settings" button (the Spanner image outlined in the image above), you can set the global settings for spam protection for your whole domain. (Please note that any changes made to specific mailboxes will override the global domain settings).
To reset all settings to default for the domain, select "Reset domain settings", and click update.
If you do not want any messages marked as spam to be delivered to your mailbox, select the "Drop spam messages". (This is not advisable until you have a good balance of White/Black List addresses and are happy the spam filter is filtering mails correctly.)
The "Spam engine sensitivity" can be set to a pre-defined setting, or a custom value. The lower the custom value, the more likely it is that mails will be classified as spam.
If an address is being incorrectly marked as spam, you can add it to the "White List". Messages from email addresses in the White List will be not be filtered.
If an email is not being marked as spam, the address can be added to the "Black List". Messages from emails in the Black List will be rejected.

Mailbox specific settings
Each mailbox may be configured by clicking on the domain name, then the settings button for the mailbox.

All settings are the same as for the domain, with one exception. Each mailbox can be set to forward mail to another mailbox (on the same domain) if required.
