This error suggests either you do not have an SMTP account with us or you are not using authentication.
You must select my outgoing mail requires authentication and use the login details we sent when SMTP was purchased.

Please ensure that you do not have either Secure Sockets Layer security (SSL) or Secure Password Authentication (SPA) connection set in outlook.
