If you need to add a cname record for your SMTP upgrade, please follow the DNS tutorial for
Plesk 7
Plesk 8

In the first field, type SMTP
In the second field, type smtp.xenserve.com

Please ensure you select CNAME as the type of record you wish to create.

Please note that all DNS changes will take between 24-72 hours to take effect.
