If you are seeing the 403 Forbidden error message your account is missing a suitable index page.

To correct ensure the first page of your site is named either index.html or index.htm Please note this should be entirely in lower case characters.

Once complete re-upload the file to your httpdocs directory (or other relevant directory). This should correct the error.
