If you wish to use additional domains with your account there are two options you can utilise:
1) Free domain pointer
If the domain name is controlled by 34SP.com we offer free domain pointing. Domain pointing also comes with a free email 'catchall' facility. If your domain is not with 34SP.com we do offer free transfers inward. Please ask for more details.
To add the domain pointer, you need to login to your account management page, located at:
https://www.34sp.com/login
Once logged in select 'products' followed by 'domains'. Next select the 'more' option opposite the domain. On the next page you should find a button to add domain parking.
2) Paid domain pointer
Domain pointers can be used to redirect non 34SP.com controlled domains to your account. Pointers are priced at £5.00 per year. For £7.50 the pointer can also be enabled with full POP3/IMAP support. Please note transfers inward are free.
You can upgrade your account online. First you need to login to your account management page, located at:
https://www.34sp.com/login
Here you should enter your registered email address and account password in the fields provided. Your registered email address is the email address you select when you purchased the account.
Once the account management page has loaded select you should see your hosting account/s listed. Select the UPGRADE option opposite the account you wish to upgrade.
You can add as many upgrades as you like to your basket before making payment. Your upgrade will be processed within 24 hours of making payment. During UK office hours you should expect to wait no more than 2-4 hours.
If you decide to cancel your upgrade after payment - please note that upgrade fees are only refundable within 7 days of making payment.
