To renew an expired account log in via https://www.34sp.com/login using your registered email and password.

Once logged in all outstanding payments should show on the screen.

If no payments show or when you click on payments it says 'No payments outstanding' Please check you do not have the domain name / hosting under separate email account logins.

Failing any of the above please email support so that we can re add the payment for you.
